Topps Dynasty Formula 1 is the top of the licensed F1 trading-card program — the ultra-premium line where a collection stops being about volume and becomes about trophy cards. Because Topps holds the official Formula 1 license, every Dynasty card is a licensed issue, and this is the line built entirely around autographed race-used relics.
Why Dynasty sits above everything
The rest of the program builds from a base checklist: Topps Chrome Formula 1 is the F1 program’s 200-card base set, with the chromium refractor rainbow on top. Dynasty skips the base layer entirely. A Dynasty box is one card — one pack, one card, sold through a Topps EQL raffle — and that card is an autographed relic. The structural facts, from the published 2025 checklist:
- Every autograph is limited to 10 copies or fewer. There is no attainable tier.
- Almost every hit pairs a signature with memorabilia — a patch, a nameplate, a glove, a jumbo swatch, and in the new Legendary 75 Patch Autographs a die-cut window over race-used material.
- The 2025 edition added real gemstones and metal — Dynasty Diamond Relics (1/1) embed a genuine diamond; Dynasty Legends Precious Relics (/10 or less) embed silver and gold bars.
- Topps introduced its first F1 inscriptions in 2025, on Andrea Stella, Isack Hadjar and Lewis Hamilton cards.
That combination — signed, numbered to ten or fewer, and memorabilia-bearing by design — is why Dynasty commands the strongest prices in the whole F1 program.
Read a Dynasty card like a collector
At this tier, four things drive value more than anything else:
- Serial number — lower is scarcer, and at Dynasty everything is already /10 or less. A
/5or a1/1is a different animal than a/10of the same card. - Which relic — a triple-relic or jumbo-patch auto sits above a single silver-patch auto, and a Constructor Team dual-relic pairing two drivers is its own market.
- Inscription — 2025 was the brand’s first F1 inscriptions. An inscribed card is scarcer than the plain signed version.
- Grade / authentication — at Dynasty prices, buy it graded (PSA or SGC) so the signature, condition, and authenticity are certified.
Where Antonelli fits — the cards that actually exist
